🏭 Our factory warehouses are set up all over the world, we usually give priority to the factory warehouse closest to you for shipment, but because the inventory in each of our warehouses is very tight, so when the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, we will choose other warehouses, some may come from the United States, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc., and we will usually prepare and ship your order within 1 to 3 working days. For custom kits, please allow 10 to 20 days of processing time, as they are very laborious and tailor-made just for you.
🌍 Find the following delivery times in each shipping area:
🇺🇸 United States: 7-12 days on average
🇨🇦 Canada: 8-15 days on average
🇪🇺 Europe: between 10-20 days average
🇦🇺 Australia: 10-25 days on average
🌎 All others: 20 to 60 days on average

😕 Why did I only receive part of the order?
📦 We ship our items from multiple locations, so orders containing multiple items may arrive separately and have slightly different times.
😕 Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?
📦 Since we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.
🚚 What carrier do you use?
🇺🇸 Once through customs, you can expect to receive the package through a local carrier (or USPS if you are located in the United States). Time will vary based on many factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local operator.
😕 Why is my tracking information not updated?
🚫 Don't worry, this is completely normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking updates will be very slow (wrapped on a shipping container in the middle of the ocean).
📦 When the item lands in your country, it will soon move to your door. Once through customs, you can expect to receive the package through a local carrier (or USPS if you are located in the United States). Time will vary based on many factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local operator.
